PASSIVE AND ACTIVE VOICE
 Active voice– indicates that the subject of the verb is acting.
This example shows the subject is doing the verb.
Example
a)    The teacher gave an assignment
            The teacher (subject) is doing the giving (verb)

Passive voice-the subject becomes the passive recipient of the action.
It’s mean that the subject is being acted.
Example:
a)    The president was cheered by the congressmen.
            The president (subject) was being cheered (verb)

So, the conclusion are when in
i)             Active voice
Subject (forward) + verb + object (backward)

ii)            Passive voice
Object (forward) + verb + subject (backward)
